What Is A Preemie?

“Preemie” is the common term used when referring to a premature baby. The dictionary definition of a preemie is “a prematurely born infant”. A preemie is born before 37 weeks gestation while a full term baby is born at 37 weeks or after. What are ethical issues?
I need to include this information on my culminating activity for school and i dont understand what I need to find.. Does anyone know what it means for the following questions?? can you give links and an explanation on what i need? thanks.
